\r\nThe Lowndes County board packet materials for the\r\nJanuary 27, 2025, Planning Commission meeting are\r\n\r\non the LAKE website<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nThe Greater Lowndes Planning Commission (GLPC) merely advises.\r\nThe actual decision will be at the \r\n\r\nTuesday, February 11, Lowndes County Commission meeting<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nLowndes County sent these materials on February 4, 2025.\r\n

\r\nI responded on February 7:\r\n

\r\nAs mentioned in response to your other message, in the thread about the January 27, 2025, Lowndes County Commission packet,\r\nyou sent the packet items for the GLPC meeting to that thread.\r\n
\r\nThanks for sending them.\r\n
\r\nHowever, the previous GLPC meeting minutes are missing from this Lowndes County response.\r\n
\r\nPlease send the minutes of the previous GLPC meeting, which I think was November 25, 2024.\r\n

\r\nAlso, the county could avoid this confusion by publishing the GLPC packet items and the previous GLPC meeting miinutes\r\non lowndescounty.com along with the GLPC agenda. -jsq\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n

\r\nLAKE still has not received those minutes.\r\nIt is now February 10, which is 16 calendar days and ten business days\r\nafter LAKE sent the open records request on January 25.\r\nThat request was three days before the GLPC meeting,\r\nto allow time for response within the three-day statutory limit\r\nof the Georgia Open Records Act (GORA).\r\nLowndes County is now more than a week late.\r\n
