Walter Elliott said this was an amendment to add Kroger to what the county has done for others regarding a settlement.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nCommissioners Mark Wisenbaker and Demarcus Marshall wanted further clarification about\r\nwhether it involved joining a lawsuit (no) and what it would cost the county (nothing).\r\nMs. Bowen added that it would bring money to the county.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nChairman Bill Slaughter said ACCG (Association of County Commissioners of Georgia) was\r\ndrawing up requirements for how these funds can be spent.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<li>\r\n<a name=\"Opioid-Claims-Perdue-Pharma-and-Sackler-Family\" href=\"#Opioid-Claims-Perdue-Pharma-and-Sackler-Family\">\r\n2.b.
