\r\nThe one subdivision infrastructure acceptance is as usual listed as\r\n\r\n\r\n“BUDGET IMPACT: N\/A”; nevermind the future county taxpayer expenses\r\nto maintain the roads, water, and sewer.\r\n

\r\nAn attempt to sell of land near Long Pond in Lake Park got a bid of $30,000,\r\nbelow the minimum of $47,000, so staff recommends rejecting the bid.\r\nThe board packet does not say where on Danieli Drive, but the only lot listed\r\nas owned by Lowndes County, according to the\r\n\r\nTax Assessors Map<\/a>,\r\nwas bought in 1975 for $2500, and is at 5407 Danieli Drive, across the street from Long Pond.\r\n
