Then render constructive feedback to the Applicant\r\nregarding any requested revisions to the development proposal that may be warranted.\r\n<p>\r\n(2) Then recommend TABLING of this Planned Development request for two (2) months to allow sufficient\r\ntime for revisions to the proposed master plan, re-review, and re-advertisement to take place before the\r\nfinal public hearings.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nThat is also the only item that has a letter of objection in the board packet,\r\nfrom Chris Connell.\r\n<p>\r\nFor a number of reasons, he recommends:\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p>\r\nI would ask the council to deny R6 component, approve R10, and ask proposed developers to come back\r\nwith a plan for single family homes only. This is more appropriate and in-line with this neighborhood and\r\nhelps protect against too many variables that could cause problems for the city and neighboring\r\nresidents.\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nWho is Cre8tive Development Partners, LLC?\r\nWell, the board packet has it mis-spelled.\r\nIt&#8217;s actually\r\nCre8ive Development Partners, LLC.\r\nAccording to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ecorp.sos.ga.gov\/BusinessSearch\/BusinessInformation?businessId=4042453&#038;businessType=Domestic%20Limited%20Liability%20Company&#038;fromSearch=True\">Georgia Secretary of State<\/a>,<br>\r\n&ldquo;Registered Agent Name:\tCether Holdings, LLC<br>\r\nPhysical Address:\t5633 Barber Circle, Hahira, GA, 31632, USA.&rdquo;\r\n<p>\r\nThe principal office address is 100 W. Main Street, Hahira GA 31632.\r\nThe Authorizer Signature is by Joseph Hewett.\r\n<p>\r\nAccording to the Georgia Secretary of State\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ecorp.sos.ga.gov\/BusinessSearch\/BusinessInformation?businessId=3876972&#038;businessType=Domestic%20Limited%20Liability%20Company&#038;fromSearch=True\">\r\nCether Holdings, LLC<\/a> is a Real Estate and Rental and Leasing company with Registered Agent Name Jode Hewett, 5633 Barber Circle, Hahira, GA, 31632, USA.\r\nThe organization filing for Cether Holdings was on February 20, 2023, signed by Jode Hewett.\r\n<p>\r\nThe three Hahira agenda item sheets say \r\n&ldquo;Cre8tive[sic] Development Partners LLC, represented by Jode Hewett&#8230;.&rdquo;\r\nThe Letter of Intent for the rezoning request is signed by\r\nJoseph (Jode) Hewett, Managing Member, Cre8ive Development Partners, LLC.\r\n<p>\r\nThe only company I find located at 100 W. Main Street is <a href=\"https:\/\/lostcreekinc.net\">Lost Creek Construction, Inc.<\/a>,\r\nwhich <a href=\"https:\/\/ecorp.sos.ga.gov\/BusinessSearch\/BusinessInformation?businessId=1930557&#038;businessType=Domestic%20Profit%20Corporation&#038;fromSearch=True\">\r\naccording to the Georgia Secretary of State<\/a>\r\nhas Secretary Jeremy Holloway and CEO and CFO Stacey Holloway.\r\nStacey Holloway signed the Letters of Authorization for the three Hahira items.\r\nThe Planning Analysis &#038; Property Information for the rezoning list the owner as\r\n&ldquo;Lost Creek Construction, Inc.
