I have discovered; that the policy\nthat gave birth to that plaque are still in place; and one of the policies\nis the one that I told you about two weeks ago; or perhaps three weeks ago\nnow.  That would not; and could not abide by; because it was designed only\nfor the purpose of controlling the citizens of this city and that I would\nnever be bought and I would never be bossed as a matter of conscience.\n<p>\nNow it was suggested; at the end of the last meeting; that some of us\ncome before you; ah making a grand stand; and somehow creating theater.\nIt was suggested that Floyd Rose just wants to be arrested.  I have been\narrested before; I spent twenty-five long hours in solitary confinement\nin the Lowndes County Jail; because of you; and anybody with any common\nsense; would never want to go to the Lowndes County Jail to spend\nany time. Rose continued:\n\n<!--more-->\n<blockquote>\n&#8220;But I also know that there are some things; that are so deeply embedded in\nme; principles for which I live and for which I am prepared to die; and\nI will most certainly welcome the opportunity to go back to the Lowndes\nCounty Jail; and spend another twenty-five in solitary confinement; if\nI thought; that by doing so it would stop you and others from allowing\nthe Biomass Plant from being built in the Black community which threatens\nthe life and safety of our children.&#8221;\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\nThen he\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=wfa-7bmQkgc\">\nwrapped up with this:<\/a>\n<blockquote>\n&#8220;But since I know; that anything that I might say will not help.  Then I\nsubmit to you that I am finished with that issue in this council chambers\nand I will not be back.
