Then there\u2019s the money &mdash; more\nthan $162 million in local, state and federal grants, loans and other\nsubsidies committed to the venture.\n<\/blockquote>\nHm, who was involved in that?\n<blockquote>\n&#8220;Range Fuels represents a new future for our country,&#8221; proclaimed\nthen-Gov.
