Mental Health Model Resolution for ACCG<\/a>.\r\nCommissioners Clay Griner, Demarcus Marshall, County Manager Paige Dukes,\r\nand Chairman Bill Slaughter\r\ndiscussed which statehouse bills the mental health resolution mentions,\r\nand that it does not support any particular current bill,\r\nspecifically not HB 520.\r\nThey passed the resolution unanimously.<!--more-->\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"5.b. TIA 2023-05 Briggston Road Grading, Drainage, Base, and Paving Bids<\/a>,\r\nwhich leads to Wild Adventures,\r\nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall wanted to know when it will begin.\r\nAnswer: about a month to get the contract signed and the bonds back,\r\nand hold the pre-construction meeting with TIA,\r\nthen a 35 day notice to proceed.\r\n<p>\r\nCommissioner Scottie Orenstein asked a question about finances\r\n(apparently his microphone was not working).\r\nAnswer:\r\nwere about $500,000 over on the road construction part,\r\nbut TIA was able to use &#8220;our inflation factor&#8221; to cover the costs.\r\nOrenstein moved to approve the low bidder, and they did that unanimously.\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"6.b.
