\r\nFor the Greater Lowndes Planning Commission (GLPC) meeting tonight,\r\nCity Planner Matt Martin actually recommended against\r\n\r\nCU-2023-03 Kristie Jenkins (2525 N Ashley Street \u2013 Suites M & O) CUP for an<\/a><\/strong>\r\nEvent Center in C-H zoning.\r\n

\r\nThe last two city cases are a\r\n\r\nrezoning<\/a> and\r\n\r\nannexation<\/a> request that go together,\r\nfor Edward Jennings LLC (1869 Madison Highway) 3.96 acres.\r\n

\r\nHere is the agenda<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nThe board packet materials for the city items are \r\non the LAKE website<\/a>,\r\nreceived in response to a LAKE open records request.\r\n

\r\nWe have not yet received anything from Lowndes County.\r\nCounty Planner JD Dillard did acknowledge this morning that they county has two cases, and “We’ll get those to you.”\r\nHe did not say when.\r\n
