Ricketts said groundbreaking\nfor the solar plant is scheduled for February 21st with production\nless than two months after that.\n<p>\nHere you can see his timeline slide.\n<p>\n<a  href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/98706376@N00\/5456318841\/\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border:none;\"  src=\"http:\/\/farm6.static.flickr.com\/5294\/5456318841_38432c3a5c.jpg\"><\/a>\n<p>\nIt&#8217;s a bit hard to read, but he mentioned at least these items:\n<ul>\n<li>\nSite preparation starts 16 Feb 2011.\n<li>\nGroundbreaking Monday 21st Feb 2011.\n<li>\nCommissioning ceremony and turn the switch on Wednesday 16th April 2011.\n<\/ul>\nApparently deploying a solar plant takes a lot less time than some types  of projects.
