IIMC grants the CMC\ndesignation exclusively to municipal clerks who complete the\ndemanding education requirements and who have a record of\nsignificant contributions to their local government, their community\nand state.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cIn light of the speed and drastic nature of change these days,\nlifelong learning is not only desirable, it is necessary for all in\nlocal government to keep pace with growing demands and changing\nneeds of the citizens we serve,\u201d said City Manager Larry Hanson.\n\u201cTeresa performs her duties with the highest degree of\nprofessionalism and integrity and is a great credit to our city and\nto her profession.
