Exit 13 Touchton Road Water Main Extension<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nThe only discussion was when Commissioner Scottie Orenstein asked if it was the original\r\n<a href=\"#Fire-Rescue-Engine-10-Emergency-Repair\">Engine 10<\/a>\r\nand Commissioner Wisenbaker asked how the exhaust could fail.\r\n<p>\r\nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall was absent.\r\n<p>\r\nCounty Manager Paige Dukes\r\n<a href=\"#Reports-County-Manager\">\r\n8.
