Panhandle:<\/a>\n\n<!--more-->\n<blockquote>\nThe National Weather Service has posted severe weather watches and\nwarnings for the Florida Panhandle.\n<p>\nThe weather service issued tornado watches, severe thunderstorm and\nflash flood watches for a large swatch of the Panhandle on Wednesday\nmorning and early afternoon.
