\r\nAll the votes took less than eight minutes,\r\nat the Regular Session of the Lowndes County Commission,\r\nMonday, January 9, 2023.\r\n

\r\nOnly one Commissioner had one question about a voting item,\r\n\r\n6.e. Stop Loss Insurance Coverage through HM Insurance Group<\/a>.\r\nMaybe they all knew how they were going to vote before they got to this public meeting.\r\n

\r\nThere was discussion about inspections being efficient for “the development community” in the non-voting\r\n\r\n7. Reports – County Manager<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nThey appointed people to three boards,\r\naccepted infrastructure for a subdivision,\r\nagreed to a lease, accepting a grant, and an insurance plan.\r\n

\r\nNone of the appointees were present.\r\n

\r\nThe whole thing took seventeen minutes.\r\nFor sure, the \r\n\r\nCounty Manager’s Reports<\/a> are informative,\r\nbut subtract those eight minutes and the more than a minute for\r\nthe preliminaries, and only eight are left.\r\n
