(Jim) Kerr II, 58, has been\r\nnamed chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO and president of\r\nSouthern Company Gas.\r\n<\/strong>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nEffective as of March 31, 2023, Peter (Pete) P. Sena III, 59, has\r\nbeen named president of Southern Nuclear and remains as Chief\r\nNuclear Officer.
