Ricketts answered that there is another community competing,\nbut he did not know whether they had made that payment:\n\n<!--more-->\n<blockquote>\nThere is another community that is competing for this project.\nWhen I say competing,\nthey have been selected as the runner-up or the alternate position.\nI do not know that they have made that payment yet.\nHowever, I am meeting with their project manager\nand their senior real estate developer tomorrow for lunch, and\na site tour here, and\nI&#8217;ll raise that question.&#8221;\n<\/blockquote>\nBrad Lofton added that the other location was in\nDecatur County, and that VLCIA&#8217;s contract stipulated that the\nLowndes County site was the primary site so they had to come here first.\n<p>\nQ: Roy Copeland wanted to know whether they had washed out.\n<p>\nA: Col.
