All were approved unanimously.\r\nIncluding the \r\n<a href=\"#VA-2022-09\">\r\nother James Road request<\/a>, near GA 133.\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"10-paine\" name=\"Stills:X10paine\" href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/glpc\/2022-05-23--glpc-videos\/10-paine.html\"><img decoding=\"async\"  width=\"600\"  border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/glpc\/2022-05-23--glpc-videos\/10-paine.jpg\"  alt=\"[10-paine]\"><\/a>\r\n<br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/glpc\/2022-05-23--glpc-videos\/10-paine.html\">10-paine<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nAs Gretchen noted:\r\nClose to existing services!\r\nNearly 15 years after the James Road boondoggle some actual development.\r\nCommissioner Chip Wildes moved to recommend approval, and the vote was unanimous.\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nLAKE sent an open records request that Monday morning, asking for the GLPC packet before the meeting that day,\r\nnoting that although the Georgia Open Records Act (GORA) allows three days to respond,\r\nthe packet must already be in PDF and easy to email.\r\nAs previously mentioned, Matt Martin sent the Valdosta and Hahira items within minutes.\r\n<p>\r\nLowndes County did send the rest of the board packet at 3PM Monday, May 23, 2022,\r\nwhich was 2.5 hours before the GLPC meeting.\r\nMy apologies for not noticing until now.\r\nOf course, if Lowndes County put board packets on its own website,\r\nas many counties and cities larger and smaller in Georgia and Florida\r\nhave been doing for years, nobody would have to go through this process.\r\n<p>\r\nThe County returned only the county items, this time at least with the Minutes\r\nof the previous meeting.\r\nThese are now on\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/glpc\/2022-05-23--glpc-videos\">\r\nthe LAKE website<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nAccording to the County Clerk&#8217;s office:\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nThere is no repository for the GLPC. Each local government is the keeper of their own items.
