\r\nTwo weeks ago, the six-minute Reports took almost as long as the entire rest of the Regular Session of the Lowndes County Commission.\r\n

\r\nClay Griner did show up to vote on an item in his district, but Scottie Orenstein did not:\r\n\r\n6.b. Adopt Resolution Accepting Infrastructure for Grove Pointe Phase V Sect 2<\/a>.\r\nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall was also absent.\r\nCommissioners Joyce Evans and Mark Wisenbaker were present both at the Work Session and this Regular Session.\r\nChairman Bill Slaughter was present.\r\n

\r\nCounty Manager Paige Dukes was also present, giving many\r\n\r\nReports<\/a>, assisted in a video about Griner Park at Webster and Ashley Street.\r\n

\r\nCommissioner Joyce Evans provided some amusment,\r\n\r\n\r\nwhen she nominated Mark Wisenbaker for the\r\n\r\n5.c. Southern Georgia Area Agency on Aging<\/a>.\r\nThe other Commissioners nominated her and re-appointed her.\r\n

\r\nEverything else was approved unanimously, including\r\nthe other two Authorities got re-appointments.\r\n

\r\nPam Hubbard wanted to speak in\r\n\r\nCitizens Wishing to Be Heard<\/a>,\r\nbut she did not turn in her form before the meeting.\r\nThe Chairman offered to speak to her after the meeting.\r\nThen he asked for and got a vote to go into an Executive Session\r\nto discuss potential litigation.\r\n
