Quarterman for LAKE, the Lowndes Area Knowledge Exchange.\n<\/small>\n<\/center>\n<p>\nHere&#8217;s the question:\n<blockquote>\nHow many of the current CUEE board are from the county\noutside of Valdosta?\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<!--more-->\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cShhvdjB6vM\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\"   src=\"http:\/\/i4.ytimg.com\/vi\/cShhvdjB6vM\/default.jpg\">\nOnly\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cShhvdjB6vM\">\ntheir chairman will admit to that.<\/a>\nSo it looks like the answer is one county member out of all those\nboard members we just saw.\nOr maybe none of the rest of them want to admit to being from the county.\n<p align=\"center\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" width=\"480\" height=\"390\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cShhvdjB6vM\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<p>\nRemember,\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2011\/03\/school-consolidation-cuue-kick-off-event-tonight.html\">\ntheir motto is:<\/a>\n<blockquote>\nIt&#8217;s Your <strong>Decision.<\/strong> It&#8217;s Your <strong>Choice.<\/strong>\n<\/blockquote>\nYet they got this far with a board of whom only one will admit to being from\nthe county outside Valdosta.\nA board that&#8217;s recommending a referendum on which nobody outside\nthe city of Valdosta gets to vote.\nSounds to me it&#8217;s a small group of Valdosta people who want to decide\nfor the entire county.\n<p>\nThe chairman mentioned that the question goes to credibility.\nWhy yes, it does.\nI know this because I submitted the question.\nI asked them the same question back in May 2010, so they&#8217;ve had plenty of time to fix this credibility problem.\nIf, as their chairman said, &#8220;everyone is a stakeholder&#8221;,\nwhy is the county not represented equally in CUEE?\n<p>\n-jsq\n<p>\nPS: That was the last question read aloud.\nThe chairman said those were all the questions they had.\nIn the\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QiyQ09W-MV0\">\nvideo of the introduction of the board members,<\/a>\nyou can see Rev. Floyd Rose in the back of the room\nasking why none of his questions were read out.\nIt seems the chairman mis-spoke.\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Let&#8217;s meet the CUEE board and ask them a simple question.
