This 7.32 acres has been for sale ever since that project did not get DCA approval.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nDeveloper plans on selling the town homes (according to planning commission meeting) but it is not clear if they will be sold as individual units, buildings, or the entire complex. \r\n<\/p>\r\n<li>\r\n<a name=\"REZ-2022-02\" href=\"#REZ-2022-02\">\r\n5.b.
