Valdosta rezonings, 3 of them CUP @ GLPC 2021-11-29<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nThe Greater Lowndes Planning Commission unanimously recommended denial of rezoning for\r\n<a href=\"#REZ-2021-28\">a rezoning on Miller Bridge Road<\/a>,\r\noutside any appropriate character area,\r\nbut one of them frequently suggested trying 2.5-acre lots instead of 1-acre lots.\r\n<p>\r\nAnother subdivision, on\r\n<a href=\"#REZ-2021-26\">\r\nRocky Ford Road<\/a>, which was opposed by the Development Authority,\r\ngot a split recommendation for denial, with that same Commissioner abstaining.\r\n<p>\r\nAll the other items got unanimous approval.\r\n<p>\r\nOne of the rezonings\r\n<a href=\"#REZ-2021-30\">\r\nwas actually to agricultural so the owner can farm it<\/a>.\r\n<p recommend denial,\r\non a motion from the aforementioned Commissioner Franklin Bailey,\r\nafter he said he would be much more comfortable with 2.5-acre lots.\r\n<p>\r\nBe aware the Lowndes County
