\r\n\r\nThere’s been alarm in the northwest part of Lowndes County for a month about the 34-acre\r\nMiller Bridge Road rezoning<\/a>.\r\nAnd there are three more big rezonings on the agenda tonight for the Greater Lowndes Planning Commission,\r\non\r\nRocky Ford Road<\/a>,\r\nVal Tech Road<\/a>,\r\nand\r\nSeminole Drive<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nThose are Lowndes County cases, plus two more small rezonings.\r\n

\r\nThe four Valdosta cases include one\r\n\r\n“CUP for very high density MultiFamily residential in C-C zoning”<\/a>\r\non West Hill Avenue,\r\nwhich sounds like a better idea than more sprawl out into the county.\r\n
