will still be lower than in Valdosta.\r\n<p>\r\nThe slides, presented by Finance Director Stephanie Black, were informative,\r\nalthough somewhat hard to read on the screen behind the Commissioners.\r\nThey are not on the county&#8217;s website,\r\nand also not <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/loco\/2021-08-23--lcc-packet\/#Adoption-of-the-Millage-Rate\">in the board packet<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nCommissioner Mark Wisenbaker asked one question, wanting to know what the total\r\nmillage would be for residents in the unincorpated parts of the county.\r\nAnswer: 13.1.\r\n<p>\r\nNobody spoke for or against at the Millage Rate Hearing, so it took less than eleven minutes.\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"Slides,
