The property is located at 3277 North Valdosta Road. The Planning\r\nCommission reviewed this at their July 26, 2021 Regular Meeting and recommended\r\napproval (9-0 Vote).\r\n

          3. \r\n\r\nConsideration of an Ordinance to deannex 310 acres from the City of Valdosta as<\/a><\/strong>\r\n
            request<\/strong>ed by Uvalde Land Company (File No. VA-2021-16). The property is the City\r\nportion of the Cherry Creek Wetlands Mitigation Bank property which is located\r\nbetween the Withlacoochee River and the Cherry Creek residential neighborhoods. The\r\nPlanning Commission reviewed this \r\n
            request<\/strong> at their July 26, 2021 Regular Meeting and\r\nrecommended denial (6-3 Vote).\r\n
