Dissolution\/Revocation<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nNotice Uvalde Land Company was only formed in 2020, with that erroneous street address.\r\n<p>\r\nThat formation was less than a week before the \r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/qpublic.schneidercorp.com\/Application.aspx?AppID=631&#038;LayerID=11201&#038;PageTypeID=4&#038;PageID=4604&#038;KeyValue=0072%20%20031\">\r\n3\/23\/2020 land sale<\/a> from\r\nARCH FOUNDATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA to Uvalde Land Company.\r\n<p>\r\nIn the Uvalde business formation document, there&#8217;s also this:\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p>\r\nORGANIZER Zachary Cowart\r\n<br>\r\nADDRESS 109 W. Adair St., Valdosta, GA, 31601, USA\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nNot clear how Zachary Cowart is otherwise related to all this.\r\n<p>\r\nJames Warren is also the Registered Agent for:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ecorp.sos.ga.gov\/BusinessSearch\/BusinessInformation?businessId=1959253&#038;businessType=Domestic%20Limited%20Liability%20Company&#038;fromSearch=True\">\r\nNorthside Property Development, LLC<\/a>, Date of Formation \/ Registration Date:\t7\/9\/2014\r\n<li>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ecorp.sos.ga.gov\/BusinessSearch\/BusinessInformation?businessId=2906242&#038;businessType=Domestic%20Limited%20Liability%20Company&#038;fromSearch=True\">\r\nSendero Ranch, LLC<\/a>, Date of Formation \/ Registration Date:\t3\/18\/2020\r\n<li>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ecorp.sos.ga.gov\/BusinessSearch\/BusinessInformation?businessId=2378748&#038;businessType=Domestic%20Limited%20Liability%20Company&#038;fromSearch=True\">\r\nWarren Family Funeral Services<\/a>, LLC, Date of Formation \/ Registration Date:\t8\/4\/2017\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\nThe Tax Assessors show no land owned by Sendero Ranch, LLC.\r\nHowever, note that Sendero Ranch, LLC, was formed the same day as\r\nUvalde Land Company.\r\nThat seems like a very big coincidence unless there is some related purpose.\r\n<p>\r\nNorthside Property Development owns land many places,\r\nbut the biggest concentration is\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/qpublic.schneidercorp.com\/Application.aspx?AppID=631&#038;LayerID=11201&#038;PageTypeID=1&#038;KeyValue=0072%20%20031\">\r\nlots off of Val Del Road<\/a> on Bettys Place.\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"Map: Bettys Place\" name=\"Maps:Map-Bettys-Place\" href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/glpc\/2021-07-26--glpc-packet\/map-bettys-place.html\"><img decoding=\"async\"  width=\"600\"  border=0 src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/glpc\/2021-07-26--glpc-packet\/map-bettys-place.jpg\"  alt=\"[Map: Bettys Place]\"><\/a>\r\n<br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/glpc\/2021-07-26--glpc-packet\/map-bettys-place.html\">Map: Bettys Place<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nDidn&#8217;t we just see that location? REZ-2019-12<\/a>, back in September 2019,\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/loco\/2019-09-09--lcc-packet\/big\/Agenda-Packet-for-September-9-and-10-2019-0025.html\">\r\nthe survey plat<\/a> was done for &#8220;JOYNER &#038; WARREN, VALDOSTA GA 31605&#8221;.\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"Survey Plat\" request<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nIt seems a safe bet that WARREN is James Warren.\r\n<p>\r\nBut the survey plat annotated with flood certification says:\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p 4BR\/2BA floor plan in Lowndes County&#8217;s newest subdivisions.&rdquo;\r\n<p>\r\nAnd the Lowndes County Tax Assessor knows Bettys Place.\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"Map: Bettys Place in Val Del Villas\" name=\"Maps:Map-Bettys-Place-in-Val-Del-Villas\" the river,\r\nwhile he&#8217;s somehow involved with the company that owns the land in between.\r\n<p>\r\nInquiring minds want to know: what do Uvalde Land Company and NATCO LLC\r\nplan to do with all
