\n\n<\/a>\nBoland had also been working to gain more information on the\npossible expansion of the Humpty Dumpty Hotel owned by Foodonics,\nhowever, she came under fire for holding private meetings with\nthe company without the knowledge of the rest of the authority\nwhich has caused some in the community to cry foul.\n

\nBut after the allegations arose, Boland maintained that the\nmeetings were for gathering information only and that she\nwas merely waiting to get all the facts before presenting them to\nthe board.\n<\/blockquote>\nTheir board is considering passing an open records policy to match\nthe Georgia state law, but doesn’t like it much:\n

\n\u201cThey can ask you until you\u2019re blue in the face and they don\u2019t\nhave to explain what they\u2019re going to do with them,\u201d he said. \u201cBut\nI know there\u2019s nothing you can do about it.\u201d\n<\/blockquote>\nThey also want to change their financial audit cycle from annually\nto every three years.\n
