\r\nApparently paving does not solve all problems, because\r\none of the four water items is\r\nDrainage Improvements to Brinson Lane and Oak Hill Drive<\/a>\r\nto\r\n\r\n“eliminate flooding issues as a result of the paving of Oak Hill Drive.”<\/a>.\r\nThe other three water items are\r\nFY2021 Joint Funding Agreement with USGS<\/a> for the \r\nFolsom Bridge (GA 122 Little River & Skipper Bridge (Withlacoochee River) USGS gauges,\r\nFoxborough Lift Station Pump<\/a>,\r\nand\r\nLand Application System (LAS) Expansion Agreement<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nIn addition to Brinson Lane, there are two more road items:\r\nGrading, Drainage, Base, and Paving of Clyattstone Road and Simpson Lane<\/a> (how much have they spent on that project combined so far?) and\r\nAcceptance of Infrastructure for Val Del Villas<\/a>.\r\nThe latter is listed as no cost, despite the Brinson Lane episode.\r\n
