    2. REZ-2020-11: the Department of Public Health determines septic system sizes.\r\nThat Department won’t issue a septic system permit until they are satisfied.\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      \r\nThese answers came from JD Dillard, Lowndes County Planning and Zoning Director<\/a>.\r\nI called him yesterday before the Regular Session Tuesday,\r\nand he called back with the answers.\r\n

      \r\nHow does the Department of Health determine septic system sizes?\r\nPartly by\r\n\r\n looking at plans like in the above sketch,\r\nwhich was apparently inadvertently omitted from the materials\r\npreviously returned in response to the LAKE GORA requests for\r\nboard packets for GLPC and County Commission.\r\n

      \r\nJD Dillard referred to that sketch, and when I said I didn’t have it,\r\nhe asked to see the GORA requests.\r\nThen he sent the missing image and confirmation of the above two points,\r\na few hours before the Regular Session.\r\n
