Oak St.\r\n<p>\r\nIn Lowndes County, yet another Val Del Road subdivision,\r\n<a href=\"#REZ-2020-03\">\r\nREZ-2020-03 Wetherington Property<\/a>,\r\nis proposed diagonally northeast across the road from Nelson Hill,\r\nwhich makes even clearer why the county wants to pave Clyattstone Road,\r\ngoing from Val Del Road between those two west to Old US 41 North (see below).\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-size:80%;font-style:italic\">\r\n<a title=\"Wetherington property\" name=\"Lowndes-County-Property-Appraiser:Wetherington-property\" Dewar&#8217;s objections to the County Commission last month<\/a>,\r\nthe county does want an 80-foot right of way to turn it into a highway.\r\nAfter all, since 2011 the county has been observing that Clyattstone Road is in\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2011\/05\/rezonings-at-lcc-work-session-9-may-2011.html\">\r\nCentral Lowndes County<\/a>, which is where the county wants to
