\r\nOther than the three \r\nAwards and Presentations<\/a>,\r\nthe longest agenda item was\r\n\r\n5.a. Alcohol Ordinance Revision (Brunch Bill)<\/a>,\r\nwhich had already been approved by a referendum of the voters.\r\nOn implementing it, all voted aye except one.\r\n

\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nAlmost as long was\r\n\r\n7.b. Request for letter of support by WWALS<\/a> for the Troupville River Camp project.\r\nValdosta City Manager Mark Barber described the project and the situation.\r\nIn Citizens To Be Heard (CBTH),\r\n\r\nWWALS Executive Director Gretchen Quarterman thanked Council<\/a>\r\nfor approving the letter.\r\n

\r\nThe first speaker in CTBH asked for the city to\r\n\r\nrebuild streets in the Highland subdivision<\/a>.\r\nHe said there had been insufficient engineering and lack of maintenance of streets, including for water flow.\r\n

\r\nUnfortunately, can’t really make out what the\r\n\r\npair of second speakers<\/a> were asking for.\r\n
