\nfor approving the letter.<\/p>\n

\nThe first speaker in CTBH asked for the city to

\nrebuild streets in the Highland subdivision<\/a>.
\nHe said there had been insufficient engineering and lack of maintenance of streets, including for water flow.<\/p>\n
