\r\nThe third rezoning,\r\n\r\nfor heavy manufacturing on the Hogan Property at US 41 N and Wellman Place<\/a>,\r\nwas requested to be tabled by the applicant,\r\nand GLPC\r\n\r\n also voted to recommend tabling.\r\nThe County Commission Agenda Sheet<\/a> nonetheless says\r\n“RECOMMENDED ACTION: Board’s Pleasure”,\r\nin yet another example of the Planning Commission being merely advisory,\r\nwith the County Commission being able to decide whatever it wants\r\nno matter what GLPC said.\r\n
