\r\nLongest at 22 minutes was the\r\n\r\nsecond Natco subdivision on Val Del Road<\/a>.\r\nAt least they’re moving back towards Valdosta, remaining within existing services\r\n(which were run out Val Del Road for Nelson Hill).\r\n

\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThe\r\nWisenbaker rezoning on Great North Road<\/a>\r\nsailed through even faster, with nobody speaking against.\r\nThe \r\nHogan heavy manufacturing rezoning at US 41 N and Wellman Place<\/a>\r\nwas recommended to be tabled, 7:0, at the request of the applicant,\r\nwho discovered a variance is needed first.\r\n

\r\nThey also recommended 7:0 approval by the various elected bodies a\r\n\r\nJoint Ordinance<\/a>, which is apparently about the operations of GLPC itself.\r\nWhat’s in it is mysterious.\r\nWhy they can’t put it on the county or city website is even more mysterious.\r\n
