\r\nCitizen\r\n\r\nMichelle Williams of Hahira<\/a> asked for a spay and neuter ordinance,\r\nnoting Macon and Dalton have those already.\r\nCounty Clerk Paige Dukes\r\n\r\npraised Michelle Williams<\/a> and other volunteers.\r\n
