Minutes Work Session \u2013 May 13, 2019 \r\n<li>\r\n4.b. Minutes Regular Session \u2013 May 14, 2019 \r\n<li>\r\n5.a. Appointment:\r\nDepartment of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) \r\n<br>\r\nNo information on the applicant was among the documents sent by the county.\r\n<li>\r\n5.b. Appointment: Southern Georgia Area Agency on Aging \r\n<br>\r\nNo information on the applicant was among the documents sent by the county.\r\n<li>\r\n6.c. Beer and Wine License \u2013 Mohammad Zahid of M &#038; H Food Stop Inc. DBA M&#038; H Food Stop \u2013 8235 Hwy. 122 W., Hahira, GA \r\n<br>\r\nThe agenda sheet says &#8220;All forms are attached&#8221; yet no forms were included in the documents sent by the county.\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\nLAKE has asked the county for the missing items.\r\n<p>\r\n -jsq\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center;font-style:italic\">Investigative reporting costs money, for open records requests, copying, web hosting, gasoline, and cameras, and with sufficient funds we can pay students to do further research.
