Minutes: Work Session- April 22, 2019 \r\n<li>\r\n4.b. Minutes: Regular Session- April 23, 2019 \r\n<li>\r\n5.a. Appointments: Hospital Authority of Valdosta and Lowndes County \r\n<br>\r\nIn the Work Session of Monday, May 13, 2019,\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-1r0ve1BC1c&#038;list=PLshUv86fYkiEyF66T-pHR4g63tuY4PQr3&#038;index=4&#038;t=0s\">\r\nChairman Bill Slaughter said,<\/a>:\r\n<br>\r\n&ldquo;You&#8217;ll find their information on each one of those names, in your packet, as well.&rdquo;\r\n<br>\r\nThe County Manager referred to a list of names sent by the Hospital Authority, presumably in a letter.\r\n<br>\r\nThose documents were not among those sent by the county.\r\n<li>\r\n7.d.  Professional Engineering and Surveying Services for TIA Projects \r\n<li>\r\n7.e.
