\r\nThe \r\nBasic Decorative Street Lighting District<\/a>\r\nis not the one defered last time (Walker’s Run<\/a>).\r\n\r\nThey want to charge $61.50 per lot per year<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nNo special trash collection tax district for Lowndes County, though,\r\nalthough\r\nstate law explicitly authorizes that<\/a>.\r\nInstead, once again they are renewing curbside trash pickup licenses for\r\n\r\nADS<\/a>\r\nand\r\nDSS<\/a>;\r\nthe latter of course only after the county sued all the way to the state Supreme Court<\/a> to try to stop it.\r\n
