Water and Sewer Service Areas &#8211; Lake Park Area<\/a>,\r\nas the county continues its plan to encircle Valdosta.\r\nYet the county has no plan for additional sewage treatment beyond the Land Application Site (LAS),\r\nwhere Lowndes County sprays sewage onto land near Grassy Pond, close to the state line,\r\nand where they&#8217;re reducing the\r\n<a href=\"#N-6-e-First-Amendment-to-the-Row-Crop-Lease-Agreement\">\r\nRow Crop Lease Agreement<\/a>\r\nby 71 acres for unexplained reasons.\r\n<p>\r\nSecond longest was<!--more-->\r\n\r\n\r\n<a href=\"#REZ-2019-04\">\r\n5a. REZ-2019-04 Southeastern Freight, 2120 West Hill Ave. C-H\/R-1 To M-2<\/a>,\r\nfor which see also\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2019\/03\/videos-freight-line-rezoning-reviewed-by-planning-commission-glpc-2019-02-25.html#N-6-REZ-2019-04-South-Eastern-Freight-2120-2126-West-HIll-CH-and-R-1-to-M2\">\r\nthe LAKE videos of the preceding Planning Commission<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nAll but one of the\r\n<a href=\"#N-5-b-Basic-Decorative-Lighting-Districts\">\r\n5 b. Basic Decorative Lighting Districts<\/a>\r\nwill probably be approved,\r\neven though the county refuses to make a similar special tax district for trash pickup or disposal,\r\neven though state law expressly says it can.\r\n<p>\r\nThe\r\n<a href=\"#N-6-c-GMASS-Rural-Land-Maintenance-Contract\">\r\nGMASS Rural Land Maintenance Contract<\/a>\r\nis just a renewal, so apparently\r\nthe Tax Assessors can continue\r\nto drive development into places it does not belong.\r\n<p>\r\nThey&#8217;re\r\n<a href=\"#N-6-d-Purchase-of-Real-Property-at-910-N-Patterson-St\">\r\nbuying the former office of Coleman-Talley law firm at 910 N.
