private roads in dire shape,\r\nwhere emergency vehicles can&#8217;t get through,\r\nnot counting ones in subdivisions or mobile home parks\r\nwhere somebody is responsible for them.\r\nCommissioners are considering condemning those four roads\r\nto get the rights of way and turning them into county dirt roads.\r\nThe catch is, who will pay for that?\r\n<\/p>\r\n<li>\r\n<a name=\"T-SPLOST\"
