As\r\nwe kick the year off, it is time to begin preparing for the cities\r\nannual Mayor and Council retreat.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nIt will be held March 15 &amp; 16 at the Women&#8217;s Building.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left:3em;text-indent:-3em\">\r\n<strong>When:<\/strong>\r\nAll day, Friday-Saturday, March 15-16, 2019\r\n<p style=\"padding-left:3em;text-indent:-3em\">\r\n<strong>Where:<\/strong>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thewomansbuilding.com\/about_us.html\">\r\nThe Woman&#8217;s Building<\/a>,\r\n<br>\r\n1409 N. Including any incentives the city can provide.  Especially within the Designated Revitalization Areas or DRA.\r\n<li>Update on pedestrian\/sidewalk\/bicycle master plan.\r\n<li>Update on new and improved business\/citizen access to broadband-internet.\r\n<li>Update from the Development Authority.\r\n<li>Update on the One Lowndes project from VSU and Ga.
