about\nthe mayor&#8217;s expenses during Citizens to be Heard.\nRoy Taylor is visible in the audience as the camera pans.\nThe mayor was not there;\nhe has since explained\n<a a bit of interaction\nwith Roy Taylor&#8217;s attorney.\nHm, maybe the alleged policy that council members cannot respond\nduring CTBH applies only to council, not to employees of the City of 3 to be repeated.\nRoy Taylor&#8217;s attorney said the idea is to make sure nothing like this happens again.\nCity attorney asked again by what authority the city could do that.\n<p>\nThen Roy Taylor stood up to say citizens had talked but council\nhad not listened.\nHe suggested that on the Saturday before council&#8217;s work session\nthey hold a 3 hour session for citizens to be heard and answered.\nCity Attorney responded by saying any complaints should be filed\nwith the clerk of court downstairs.\n<p>\nMayor Pro-Tem also responded saying\nhe liked the idea of the Saturday
