\nFor ten years we’ve been told the county no longer buys rights of way:
\nif you want your road paved, you have to donate the right of way.
\nSo why this exception?
\nAnd why sneak it in like this?<\/p>\n

\napplicant Aneesha Johnson (Dupont Plant Manager)
\nsaid a few words before they

\nappointed her to the Valdosta-Lowndes County Development Authority<\/a>;
\nwell ratified the appointment the City of Valdosta already made.<\/p>\n
