Oak St. Ext.<\/a>\r\nto permit personal care homes is\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lowndescounty.com\/AgendaCenter\/ViewFile\/Item\/1913?fileID=1845\">\r\n&#8220;as a result of a potential buyer&#8217;s interest in developing the property into an assisted living facility&#8221;<\/a>.\r\nThis same Tuesday, the same property is on\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2018\/09\/setbacks-and-family-ties-zboa-2018-09-11.html\">\r\nZBOA&#8217;s agenda<\/a>\r\nfor a variance on the buffer condition.\r\n<p>\r\nThe <a href=\"http:\/\/lowndescounty.com\/AgendaCenter\/ViewFile\/Agenda\/_03102015-159?html=true\">2015-03-10 agenda<\/a> for the earlier rezoning from R-21 to C-G, Well &amp; Other did not say anything specifically about private care facilities,\r\nnor did the<!--more-->\r\n\r\n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lowndescounty.com\/AgendaCenter\/ViewFile\/Item\/122?fileID=493\">agenda sheet<\/a>; it was all about the vegetative buffer.\r\nBack then\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/03\/videos-historic-courthouse-2-rezonings-1-utilities-mids-bus-cdbg-lcc-2015-03-09.html#REZ-2015-04\">at the 2015-03-09 Work Session<\/a>\r\nCounty Planner Jason Davenport said he was approached by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LiO-bZHrW88&#038;list=PLshUv86fYkiEPE6qU7kd_AcTuPZPwO86I&#038;index=3\">a realtor<\/a>, and when questioned by Commissioner Demarcus Marshall said he did not say what sort of commercial use might be intended.\r\n<p>\r\nAt the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/03\/videos-leadership-lowndes-rezonings-approved-one-citizen-about-a-water-trail-lcc-2015-03-10.html#REZ-2015-04\">2015-03-10 Regular Session<\/a>,\r\nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall wanted to know if there would be any difficulty\r\nin eventually connecting to county water and sewer.
