\r\nLongest at more than 3 minutes was\r\n\r\n6.b. REZ-2018-14 Coventry Villas, Mulligan Rd<\/a>,\r\na rezoning for a planned development,\r\nin which Commissioner Clay Griner actually asked a question.\r\n

\r\nThird longest (after the KLVB item) was the\r\n\r\n7.d. Ordinance Adopting Current Board of Health Rules<\/a>,\r\nbecause of\r\n\r\n the explanation of the state requires various health rules,\r\nand because even the Commissioners did not have the complete list of\r\nrules the ordinance refers to; only the county attorney had that.\r\nWho even knew the county had an ordinance on Board of Health Rules?\r\n
