\nLast week while we were out of town, the Lowndes County Commission considered
\ntwo rezonings, one with
\n
\na Union Road, Hahira address<\/a>,
\nby far the longest,
\nwith Judge Arthur McLane speaking against,
\nthe applicant Stacy Stubbs speaking for,
\nand quite a bit of discussion among Commissioners and staff,
\nafter which they approved it 3:2 with the two conditions proposed by the Planning Commission.
\nThe other rezoning has
\n
\na Valdosta address<\/a>, which they approved unanimously;
\nfor both see also
\nthe preceding Planning Commission meeting<\/a>.
\nPlus a third transportation item,
\nGDOT Option for Right of Way at Exit 11<\/a>.
\nA bid, a bunch of contracts, and an alcohol license; pretty routine.
\nThe previously-tabled<\/a> and somewhat controversial
\nAdditional Deputy Coroner Request<\/a><\/p>\n
