\r\nThe bid package is for\r\n\r\n construction of North Lowndes Park Soccer\r\nComplex<\/strong> including all work shown on the Bid Set of Plans, issue date\r\nFebruary 1, 2018, and Specifications, issue date February 1, 2018,\r\nto include but not be limited to the following items: Site clearing\r\nand other items as noted on the plans in order to construct and\r\ninstall a new 8 soccer field complex with concession and restroom\r\npavilion, and maintenance building. Additional items to be\r\nconstructed include, entrance road extension from the existing park,\r\nparking lot, signage, concrete pavement, fencing, site and field\r\nlighting, utilities, storm drainage structures and basins,\r\nirrigation, landscaping, and furnishings.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
