HA-2018-01 City of Hahira - text amendment\r\n    \" src=\"https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/vw5WkCxNUmM\/hqdefault.jpg?sqp=-oaymwEWCKgBEF5IWvKriqkDCQgBFQAAiEIYAQ==&#038;rs=AOn4CLBz4MSqtA6oDreLO-KnLFOKMqSLzg\"><\/a>\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=vw5WkCxNUmM&#038;t=0s&#038;list=PLshUv86fYkiESQPJOCJAnyzjtybUyg8kW&#038;index=6\">Video.<\/a>\r\nPlanner Matt Martin said this amendment is &#8220;the culmination of\r\nseveral months of discussion with the Hahira City Council and attorney&#8221;.\r\nHahira City Manager Jonathan Sumner is sitting lower left\r\nwith Hahira Mayor Bruce Cain a row in front of him, as the\r\nvideo starts.\r\nCommissioner Celine Gladwin wanted clarification \r\nof the language about &#8220;a temporary retail use truck&#8221;\r\nbeing required to be put away for a certain number of days\r\nafter beind used for a certain number of days,\r\nand how food trucks differ.\r\nMartin said the text is modeled after Valdosta&#8217;s text,\r\nand for food trucks it&#8217;s 7 consecutive days with with 30 days off.\r\nFestivals are exempt, and these restrictions only apply for use\r\non private property, so not ice cream trucks driving around.\r\nThat discussion expanded to Commissioner Rountree\r\n(&#8220;this is a gateway to something else&#8221;)\r\nand went on for 21 minutes.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=vw5WkCxNUmM&#038;feature=youtu.be&#038;t=21m15s\">Barry Robinson<\/a> spoke;
