        2. \r\n\r\nConsideration of an Ordinance<\/a><\/strong> to rezone 0.88 acres from Single-Family Residential (R15) to Multi-Family Residential (R-M) Zoning as requested by Phelps Associated\r\nConstruction and Engineering (PACE) [File No. VA-2018-05]. The property is located\r\nat 2206 North Oak Street. The Greater Lowndes Planning Commission reviewed the\r\nrequest at their March Regular Meeting and recommended denial (6-1 Vote). The\r\napplicant has withdrawn the \r\nrequest.\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
