\r\nThe \r\nStreet Lighting Ordinance<\/a>\r\non\r\nthe agenda<\/a> for this morning and tomorrow evening\r\nis not among those on the\r\n\r\nCounty Ordinances<\/a> web page.\r\nHow are we to\r\n“Know the Laws”, as the link from the county’s front page says,\r\nwhen unknown ordinances keep popping up?\r\nAh, it’s currently\r\na resolution and they want to make it an ordinance<\/a>.\r\n

\r\n\r\n\"Lighting-ordinance-agenda-sheet-0001,\"<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThe\r\n\r\nagenda sheet<\/a> says\r\n“For\r\nreference, copies of maps\r\n\r\n of each district type and the proposed new ordinance are attached.”\r\nNot for reference by the people paying the taxes, thoough,\r\nsince those maps are not online.\r\n

\r\nCurious how they make special tax lighting districts all the time,\r\nyet they don’t do that for trash disposal, which has more agenda items than\r\nanything else.\r\n

\r\nThe\r\nOneGeorgia Equity Fund Application<\/a>\r\nis about\r\n\r\nstate funds to pay for<\/a> most of the acquisition of land between Moody AFB and Bemiss Road, so buildings on it can be demolished “to return the subject property to greenspace”.\r\n

\r\nThe\r\nStone Creek Backup Well<\/a>\r\nhelps the county send water up to\r\nCreekside West Subdivision<\/a>,\r\nwhich the agenda doesn’t mention is on the other side of I-75 west of Hahira,\r\nwith county pipes under I-75.\r\n
