\r\nWhere did they advertise for applications for the three\r\nboards on the agenda<\/a> for tomorrow morning, voting Tuesday evening?\r\nWho was the mysterious term expiration<\/a> on the\r\nDevelopment Authority of Lowndes County (not the same as the Valdosta-Lowndes County Development Authority, VLCIA)?\r\nIf we assume the county’s web page for the Lowndes County Development Authority<\/a>\r\nis the relevant one, it doesn’t say what term expired nor who was in that slot,\r\nit just says “Vacant”.\r\nHowever, we can deduce that the missing board member is Jeff Reames,\r\nwhose seat expired June 8, 2017. When they appointed six members\r\nto that board the next month, they did not appoint anyone to that slot,\r\neven though Commissioner Mark Wisenbaker asked about that at the time.\r\n

\r\nBrad Folsom quit the\r\nGreater Lowndes Planning Commission<\/a>\r\nto join VLCIA.\r\n

\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\nFive people want to be appointed<\/a>:\r\nKeven Bussey, Gary Moser, Ed Hightower, and Bart Davis.\r\nAlso, Franklin Bailey wants to be reappointed.\r\n

\r\n“Mr.” Myron Faircloth (I thought he was a doctor)\r\nresigned from the Board of Health, and\r\n\r\nnobody is mentioned as wanting to be appointed<\/a>.\r\n
