Water and sewer are not for them;\r\nthose lines are for incoming subdivisions.\r\nJust watch for rezoning applications shortly after the road gets paved.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<li>\r\n<a name=\"Adjournment\" href=\"#Adjournment\">\r\n      11.
