\r\nThe big item is the controversial teen curfew,\r\nfirst discussed\r\n\r\nin August<\/a>,\r\n\r\ntwice<\/a>,\r\nand \r\nnegotiated in September between the police chief and the city manager<\/a>,\r\naccording to WALB.\r\n

\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nAccording to WCTV, it was\r\n\r\nValdosta Police Chief Brian Childress<\/a> who\r\n\r\noriginally proposed this curfew<\/a>,\r\nbut apparently the city manager had more draconian ideas.\r\n
